My client, a FTSE100 company are looking for a Change Analyst to fill the following requirement: -
Profile
" Manage change requests through change process; act as consultant and facilitator for change.
" To manage requests, assess & prioritise in conjunction with business change forum groups
" Manage the Service Engagement process for submitting work into a third party supplier ensuring work accepted to SLA
" To manage reviews, analysis, design & re-development of appropriate processes for the effective delivery of Telephony & Network change management, to ensure processes are efficient & fit for purpose and provide tools to achieve this.
" Set & monitor KPI's for Networks & Telephony Tower in order to track financials against BAU / Project spend ensuring accurate recharging across the piece
Skills
" Prince 2
" Understanding of ITIL
" Strong planning, coordination, organisation and communication skills
" Strong Customer Service Skills
" Flexibility to undertake a variety of activities
" Strong Understanding of Change Management and how this links in to project management / compliance with quality gates
