North Platte Community College Dean of Student Life. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning, executing and coordinating
all college student life programs and providing implementation of all administrative policies and procedures; developing, implementing and
administering the Student Code of Conduct, Residence Hall Handbook and disciplinary measure; be a team leader and liaison of NPCC's campus
safety an emergency response team; collaborate with other offices in the collection of student data; build and maintain community
relationships; evaluate the performance of employees under the direction of the office of Student Life.

About Us: Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county district in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska, (chamber website: http://www.aboutmccook.com/ ) and two located in North Platte, Nebraska (chamber website: http://www.northplattechamber.com). Additionally, there are extended campus sites in Broken Bow, Imperial, Ogallala and Valentine with satellite classrooms located throughout the Area.

Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Master's degree preferred. Specific knowledge of all areas of student life. Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual with limited direction. A minimum of three years experience in student affairs/student life functions preferred. The ideal candidate will have CPR and First Aid skills and certifications, be an independent thinker and able to work independently. Computer and people skills are required.
